Your Test Pilot Scenario:  It's early April 2043 and Mars Colony has been alerted to an imminent Martian sandstorm event that will quickly degrade power production by 1M watts per day from the colony's solar panel array field.  Colony leadership has asked you to quickly analyze what we know about energy usage across the colony's 40+ modules for habitation, agriculture, science, and industrial processes and identify what the impact of reduced energy will be and create a plan to mitigate the reduced power production.
